.msi-installer don`t work on my PC

Hi!

My problem is, that the .msi-installer don`t work on my PC. I know, that`s a problem of my computer, because it happens often. The following text is showen than on german: "This Installationpack could not be opened. Be sure, that the Pack exists and that you can use it. Or let the Developer check the application, if it is a valide Windows Installer-Pack." Sry for the bad english, i`m German. Now it`s difficult to install the game, when the installer don`t works, if you understand me! XD My question is, if you would be so friendly to upload an .exe installer?

Same thing happened to be but i found a way to fix it...
first after you download the .msi-installer, right click it and go to properties. then uncheck everything that is checked and if there is an unblock button, unblock it... thats how i fixed mine. if you have any questions, please contact me!
