How do I change my username?

When I singed up for the new forum I've made my user name with lowcase poop only for comfortableness, when i would like it to be with caps.
I did it because I thought that you can change your nickname in the forums like in the old forums.
If there is any way to change my username I will be happy if you tell me what it is.
If there isn't then I guess it could be a good suggestion for the forums to be able to change your username after singing up.
If I'm being stupid then please don't flame at me.

You have to ask one of the board Administrators to do it for you.
