Game crashes

Title says all. Sometimes if i get killed game screen starts to act weird. It is like going outbox in Sorce engine while no clipping. Then i cant do nothing only thing i can do is turn the game off lose all the score. Worst of all is once i disconnect and i want to connect back the server is full. Can anyone help me with this please ?
