Banned but I havnt played a single game yet?

So I downloaded the game installed then picked a server and loaded it up and entered the name I usually play by with other games "Aedos" (My name is Aden). But it says im banned?? Wtf, I havnt played a single game of this yet...

Could be your ISP is banned on that server, or if you used a proxy that proxy is banned.

No. Some servers banned all Brazilians. Just one possibility.
Have you tried joining any other servers? Also, Check the bottom-right corner of this page: http://blacklist.spadille.net/

Yeah I managed to join 1/10 servers now. but they are mostly outside of US so I lag quite a bit

You do not appear to be on the blacklist it says. Anyway to contact the servers I am banned from and see why I am banned?

Votekicks usually last from 15 minutes - 2 hours.

It doesn't seem to be a global ban. What servers are reporting that you're banned?

It could be that the servers are currently full which those are usually full all day.
