The lounge is fine for it, it is offtopic and I don't think we are equip to deal with non-AoS issues in the first place.

For example no one was able to help him.

I don't think a subforum filled with unsolved problems is a good idea, people should go find the best place to get an answer instead of asking a random gaming community.
