Don't show subforum latest post for private boards

If a board has a password requirement, don't show the latest post to people who have not put in the password!

I thought of this too a while ago. I never complained about it because there was never really anything too private in the USAB Officer's section. But yes, it would certainly be nice to hide the titles of topics in private sections.
